One of our favorite projects to date. Why did they call us? This residential apartment building had to do its 40 year certification. This essentially involved having to remodel the entire electrical systems of the building (feeders, electrical panels, conduits, and the building’s main service panel). The board of directors were extremely satisfied with our services. We were eventually called back for the electrical installation of brand new compressor units for the majority of the residential units. This was due to the fact that the existing ones were outdated as well.
